This privacy policy describes how Maudenmedia ("we," "us") handles data in connection with the automated Instagram comment-and-message tool used for the @roamdates Instagram account ("the Service").

When someone comments on a @roamdates Instagram post, the Service may collect:

• The text content of the comment

• The commenter's Instagram-scoped user ID and username

• The ID of the post and comment involved

This data is used solely to:

• Detect whether a comment contains a specific trigger keyword (e.g., "map")

• Post an automated public reply to the comment

• Send an automated direct message to the commenter containing relevant content (such as a link or resource) related to the keyword they used

We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling purposes.

Data Storage

Keyword-to-content mappings (unrelated to any individual user) are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Maudenmedia. We do not retain a persistent database of individual commenters' personal information beyond what is temporarily processed to deliver the automated reply and message.

Data Deletion

If you have interacted with this automation and would like any data associated with your Instagram account deleted from our systems, please email roamdates@gmail.com with your Instagram username. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Third-Party Platforms

This Service operates using Meta's Instagram Graph API. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and Instagram's Terms of Use.
